Renovated in 2003 on an old construction from 1910, this house has 230 m2 on a 25,000 m2 plot. It has a swimming pool and large grass areas. The furniture and equipment of the house have the charm of Mallorcan tradition. As a whole, it is a good opportunity to enjoy a very quiet environment, and at the same time, with easy access to the beaches and coves of Mallorca. The kitchen-dining room is an ideal space to be with your loved ones. It has a large and very spacious Mallorcan table. Its kitchen is very spacious and practical, and has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem: blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas stove, fridge-freezer, etc. In the laundry area you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 6 comfortable bedrooms, which are spread over two floors. On the ground floor, we find two rooms with a double bed and two with two single beds. All have a fan and two have access to the garden. Two bathrooms with shower complete the ground floor. On the first floor we find a living room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and private sauna for your relaxing moments, and the other with a single bed. A cot and high chair are available on request. The location of the house is located between Felanitx and Vilafranca, it is a rural environment with agricultural activity and close to many beaches and coves in Mallorca. It is an authentic way to get to know Mallorca. Just 8.6km away you will find Felanitx, a large charming Mallorcan town with supermarkets, restaurants and everything else for an independent stay. By car you can reach many dream beaches, e.g. Cala Marçal, Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Es Trenc or Cales de Mallorca. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
